What is SIDED’s return policy?
Due to the nature of this product, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges, unless the item that you have purchased is defective. If you received a defective product, please review our Warranty policy.
Can I add a prescription to my SIDED lenses?
If you wish to purchase SIDED protective glasses fitted with your prescription (CR-39 or 1.67), please head over to our partner’s website: www.bonlook.ca

Are your protective glasses offered in various sizes?
Our protective glasses are currently available in sizes Small and Large.

IMPORTANT: The one-year warranty starts from the date of delivery and cannot be renewed.
We offer a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects and lens inaccuracies within one year from the delivery date. Defective items under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by everyday wear and tear, or physical damage caused by sudden force or accidents. It does not cover stolen or lost frames, nor any changes in prescription.

If you live near a BonLook store, you can submit a warranty request in-person by making an appointment with an optician. Click here to find the location nearest you and consult their availabilities.

If you do not live near a BonLook store, you can send your warranty request by filling out the Warranty request form or by emailing us the details at support@sidedeyewear.com. Please be sure to include your original order number, along with some photos of the defect: One close-up and one of the entire frame, ideally in natural lighting against a clear background. One of our agents will submit your request to our opticians and get back to you within 24-28 hours.

When can I expect my order?
As soon as possible! We work hard so you can have quality glasses at the earliest possible date. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

COVID-19: Our carriers are currently experiencing significant delays that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.
International orders: We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping destinations located in the northeastern United States (ME, VT, NH, NY, MA, NJ, DE, RI, MD, DC) are automatically eligible for express shipping.

What company do you use to deliver to Canada, the US, and international destinations?
All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post or FedEx.
All contiguous US orders are shipped with UPS excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, which are shipped with USPS.
All international orders are shipped with FedEx Express.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping for a flat rate of $35 USD.
International shipments (outside of Canada and the contiguous US) are subject to our standard return policy. Neither Sided Eyewear nor our partner BonLook is responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes?
We can only deliver to P.O. boxes within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer this service outside of Canada.
